The windows 7 public beta is now availiable despite server issues reported by microsoft. 10/01/2009
The Public Beta is now availiable for all to try free from here

Interplan Doesnt reccoment installing this as there is no support from microsoft until the full release date.

I have just installed it ill write a review as soon as i get chance to put it through its paces. Hopefully be better than vista. As i said before theres no support from microsoft as its “BETA” so be carefull and dont install it on any critical machines.

Its been running now for 2 days its quick i will give it that i think microsoft might be on to a winner here.
Resources are managed properly with no slow points although boot could be a little quicker. (25secs)
firefox installed no problem took less than 5 seconds yes just 5 seconds to install.
office installation dragged in windows vista but in seven it bursts to life installing in less that 2 mins.
Im amazed at how microsoft can get it so wrong with vista but then recover so well with windows 7.
more coming soon i need MSN so im going to download and install it then comes the web software dreamweaver for building content managment systems.
